Information on returns and refunds
Returns within 14 days of receiving the product.

Personalized or made-to-measure products cannot be returned.

We are not responsible for any delays or losses during shipping. Once the package leaves our laboratory and you have been provided with the tracking number, it is no longer under our responsibility.
When will I receive my order?
Delivery times depend on the type of product:
Ready for delivery: dispatch within 3 working days + 2/3 days for delivery in Italy.
Made to order: garments are made for you. Production time up to 3 weeks + 2-3 days for delivery.
You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Where are the products made?
I personally oversee every stage of the creation process: from design to cutting, to the final stitching. Each piece is handmade in Italy, primarily in Puglia. When I travel, some creations come to life on the road.
How much does shipping cost?
In Italy, €8 with express courier and abroad €15 with a trackable method (the shipping method depends on the destination country)
