Availability of products

The Seller will also not be liable for damages, losses and costs incurred by the Buyer as a result of the failure to execute the contract for reasons not attributable to him, since the Buyer is only entitled to a full refund of the price paid. and of the shipping costs and any justified one re accessories incurred.
The Seller assumes no responsibility for any fraudulent or illegal use that may be made by third parties, of credit cards, checks and other means of payment, for the payment of the products purchased, if he proves to have adopted all possible precautions based on the best science and experience of the moment and based on ordinary diligence.

Right of withdrawal and refund
P for customized products n the right of withdrawal is not permitted, pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 5 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree185/99
As regards non-personalized objects, c in accordance with the provisions in force, the Purchaser has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within the 14 days from the date of receipt of the

In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Buyer is required to return the goods within 5 days from the day on which he communicated his will to the seller. to withdraw from the contract pursuant to art. 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005.
The only costs payable by the Buyer for exercising the right of withdrawal pursuant to this article are the direct costs of returning the goods to the Seller.
The goods must be returned intact, in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including price label, packaging material and any documentation and accessory equipment) and complete with the attached tax documentation.
La Sartoria di Giulia will refund the amount of the products subject to withdrawal within a maximum period of 14 days.
The buyer is responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than that strictly necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Therefore, if the returned Products are damaged (for example with signs of wear, removal of labels, deformations, etc.), not complete with all their elements and accessories (including the labels and tags unaltered and attached to the product), not accompanied by the attached instructions / notes / manuals, the original packaging and packaging, the Purchaser will be liable for the decrease in the value of the asset, and will be entitled to a refund of the amount equal to the residual value of the Product.
As required by art. 56 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, La Sartoria Di Giulia may suspend the refund until receipt of the goods .
La Sartoria Di Giulia will reimburse by bank transfer.
To this end, the Purchaser, in the email with which he withdraws from this contract, must specify his bank details: IBAN, SWIFT and BIC necessary for refund.
