Shipping policy

Your orders are always shipped by courier with package tracking system. The products ordered by the Buyer will be delivered to the address stated by the same on the order form.

Please note that all products are handcrafted, which is why they require adequate production times. The processing times of each product are specified in the description.
In the case of yours order include garments with different processing times, take into account a longer time. After finishing the processing the garment will be shipped, delivery times are approximately 1-3 working days.

Important: after your order has been processed, it will be your responsibility to follow the progress of the package thanks to the tracking code that will be provided to you when it is shipped.

We are not responsible for any delays and losses during shipping. When the package leaves our laboratory and the tracking number has been communicated to you, it is no longer under our responsibility.
